Patrick McManus is involved in this one...the shameless U.S. investor responsible/connected w/ other small Chinese companies that imploded due to fraud, incl. BBCZ (Bodisen Biotech)

This one is likely a scam and will fall apart fast.

This company can't seem to find it's place with the big boys. In the short term, the company may see some success, but after this summer it seems to be destined for failure. Not only will the company underperform the S&P but it will also lag behind in its own industry.
