Pipeline doesn't hold any blockbuster candidates, expenses are high, and their flagship products are not doing as well as hoped. Xopenex is under price pressure, and Lunesta is running up against generic versions of Ambien.

incredibly undervalued... has a very low P/E, nice projected growth and a great cash position.
