The Singapore economy is one of the best managed in the world. It's investor friendly with pro-growth policies and a low-tax regime. It has had strong growth in the past, and will likely to continue well into the future.

The real ones benefiting from the whole China situation are the rest of Asia. To get to all that Asian goodness, see: Singapore see also: free market awesomeness.
I love Singapore, its my kind of place...here are some pertinent tidbitz:

-Singapore is the world's fourth largest foreign exchange trading center after London, New York and Tokyo; and its poised to overtake Tokyo and become 3rd in 2008.

-According to a World Bank-IFC report (DoingBusiness.Org), Singapore took the top spot in the 2005/2006 rankings while the United States came in third.

-Singapore is generally rated at or near the top of the Index of Economic Freedom every year.

Most (65%) of the fund is equities in Singapore, but the rest of its delicious tentacles are dipping in the tasty sauces of China and the rest of Asia. Simply, I think this fund is the best way to access the bling that Asia is generating.
