Emerging from bankruptcy, Silicon Graphics has a stable service revenue stream plus a huge potential upside--patent litigation against ATI, which AMD bought. (NVIDIA and Microsoft already have paid royalties on these patents.) So you get a post bankruptcy play with Net Operating Loss to shield income, a stable service business, and a potential big win with the patent litigation.
