I have studied the latest (September 08) statements. There seems to be something suspicious in the stock-based compensation which by the way has a huge impact on EPS.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable should take a look?

With more competition coming into this space, I believe that this market will be bigger than expected and Sigma will get their share as the market leader. Stock price beaten down right now so no better time to get in.

SIGM is world leader in high quality video on a chip.
Great reputation. Great engineering. No debt. Very good financial condition. Poised to take over control of video streaming around an entire house and all platforms.
