The 1929-1930 equity rally (coming out of The Great Depression) lasted 147 days and the market was up 46%. It has been the same amount of time since the March, 2009 low and we are up about the same percentage. It’s déjà vu (paramnesia), so prepare for a drop of about the same percentage (85%).

Baby boomers care about their appearance. Dental care and hygene are very important to them, and they will spend good $$ to get the results their looking for. Great position for a company to be in.

High-end specialized equipment that will maximize chair time for dentists and reduce patient trips. Will allow dentists to keep high margin business and revenue in house as opposed to sending the money out the door to dental service providers who make molds and crowns. Strong global presence with huge growth potential in the US.

I bought Sirona because my dentist swears by their products. He said just a few US dentists use Sirona's CEREC system today and the next release will be vastly easier to use. This should facilitate more sales to less experienced dentists. I love the results, "Crowns while you wait" and I'm sure he loves not having to share revenues with an outside lab.
