Three million plus monthly customers, safe and significant dividend. Offering a service that business and household utilize. Low relative buy in price and also a low PE. I could go on.

Canadian cable TV business with large family stake. Stable cash flow, good dividend. Should hold up above average in (expected) turbulent times.

solid company took a beating, keep the dividends and it is a buy...PE in range for futher consideration
