Too much resistance at S&P 875, too much uncertainty on the financials, now we have swine flu scares and a lot of investors up BIG on financials that will want to take profits while they're still up. Any serious move to the downside will move into an accelerated selloff.

I think further weakness and writedowns in financials will cause this to rise over the next few weeks to months, but I don't have a lot of confidence in this pick. The worst of the writedowns may be over, but SKF may still have room to rise in the near term. Don't listen to me though, I'm basically speculating

IndyMac goes down, Freddie and Fannie get destroyed and 2 days later the Financial Index has its best day in the history of the index?????? This rally is a manufactured rally that may last another 3 or 4 weeks before the bottom falls out. Their are 300-600 banks that will fail in the next year and this will be a 350 stock before its all said and done. Consider this pullback a big gift.
