Strong, well established and well run manufactured housing company. Recreational vehicle divisions have volatility but will be around when boomers need reasonable retirement options. Dividend is has been solid for many years.

Ridiculous P/E in a horrid market for recreational vehicles. Unless it is a necessity, it will be spared. Last time I checked, the housing market wasn't doing that well either.
