I like the fact that they have little debt.

I like the low P/E.

But mostly, I'm interested in the fact that they are a technology company that is focussed on improving efficiency. They have a long way to go to prove that they can't make it. And at the current price, I would be more afraid of this stock if they didn't have the cash reserves.

That said, in the short term, I might get pummelled because I believe that the market is in a bear high for now. In the longer view, though, this is the sort of thing I like.
