Photovoltaic is becomeing cheaper now, more sales for being put on houses.

I like this company because of its low PEG ratio (0.21) and lack of long-term debt, This company is not cheap relative to its peers in terms of P/FCF (5.38) or P/B(7.84), but it's margins, ROE, and ROA are far greater than industry peers.

somehow my original pick was ended.. I must have hit a wrong button or something.. But this is a solid growth stock for the next 2-3 years....

Running on growth from acquisitions and stimulus frenzy

Bought at 5.75. Has a way to go. However, new competitors on the horizon. Should run with the Solar Crowd until mid next year.

GT Solar is a solar equipment manufacturer with some exciting upside but in an unpredictable market.

Huge amounts of US and Chinesae money are being funneled into solar energy.

Solar - Missed down to a respectable level. The company supplies PV manufacturers with equipment which they should be purchasing to ramp up production.

Solar stocks are out of favor now, but eventually, as the price of oil rises and government green stimulus kicks in here and abroad, solar will rise again. GT Solar has a clean balance sheet and low p/e relative to peers. Giddyap!

Don't know if Wednesday's hit was a result of Cramer's negativity on the stock or investors' disappointment in the great earnings report. Whatever. The stock now has a P/E under 10 and sells for about 1.5 times revenues. Talk about GARP (Growth at a REasonable Price), it doesn't get better than this. The company gave guidance for essentially flat results for FY2010. Butu the low multiples alone should ensure great results from this stock when the Bull regains its breath.
