China's cell market is burgeoning, they're in a good spot to continue to develop chips and as pointed out below it seems like it's trading cheap even after a little recent spike. Below IPO price of $14 too; a risky, but long-term promising, play.

Gee Beaver, I want to work for a company that can miss analyst expectations by 70-300% over the past 2 quarters and rise from $1 to $5.50! So they have $2 in cash, thats nice and if you haven't noticed that where analysts have their price target… More

Gee Beaver, I want to work for a company that can miss analyst expectations by 70-300% over the past 2 quarters and rise from $1 to $5.50! So they have $2 in cash, thats nice and if you haven't noticed that where analysts have their price target pegged, about $2! Revenues were down 60% last quarter and they won't turn a profit until at least 2011 if even then. I'll now wait as my minions 1 star this stock....

The wireless market continues to expand by leaps and bounds. By looking to the future and this continued trend, supply will have to meet the demand. This company fills that gap.
