Operating Cash flows is a positive 30 million One can expect the SRZ stock to be valued at least 10 times +ve cash flows ie 300 million which is approximately 6 USD

A big price rise recently, but not sure why? Maybe they are betting that baby boomers are getting senile and need a place to stay? Maybe it has something to do with the health care reforms that are being considered? Or maybe it is just a random rise… More

Despite an industry that should do extremely well as the Baby Boom ages, and despite the fact that the peak of the Baby Boomers are hitting retirement, and despite the fact that Sunrise has a huge market share, their debt is the single biggest concern for me. Too bad. That is just a testimony for how debt'll get you if you don't watch out.
