A big price rise recently, but not sure why? Maybe they are betting that baby boomers are getting senile and need a place to stay? Maybe it has something to do with the health care reforms that are being considered? Or maybe it is just a random rise with the rest of the market today? It seems a bit higher than its trading range, so I'm betting that it will fall enough to gain some CAPS points.

I am in medicine. The older population is growing exponentially. I actually got this in late August for $2.22. Can definitely see it going up to near $20 for the long run.

Recent Q2 2009 Quaterly report for June.
Operating Cash flows is a positive 30 million One can expect the SRZ stock to be valued at least 10 times +ve cash flows ie 300 million which is approximately 6 USD
We should be able to hit this before the end of year 2009
