Best assisted living stock and company plan

One of the largest senior assisted living operators around. Aging population, plus huge wealth among those 50-60....people who are living healthier and active lifestsyles, will not want to be taking in their aging 80+ year old parents. Where do they turn? Sunrise Assisted Living.

Baby boomers are the largest segment of the population, and they are hitting thirr retirement years. Those who have money, and there are a lot in this segment, can afford a place like Sunrise. As they age, they will undoubtedly need help. Sunrise is definitley the best of breed for this sector. Once they announce the results of thier accounting review, it will go up considerably.

We all have to get old! SRZ is positioning itself to be the provider of assited living. Currently Mr. Market has downgraded the stock because SRZ is restating earnings. No negetive news is expected. They are reassessing how they account for real estate sales. Long term this should be an excellent investment.

Rapidly growing market. SRZ's strength is in managing properties, not owning them.. I hate their opaque accounting, though
