Courtroom observers saying current patent infringement lawsuitagainst Reynolds favors Star Scientific .....Judges recent comments concur......decision imminent......STSI short position increased to approximately 11 million shares (end of April)from 8 million shares (previous month) ...Short position now over 14% of the float.......5/28/09 volume of over 4 million shares where STSI closed at $4.76 (up $1.00 or 26%)...& traded over $6 in after hours trading suggests possible major short squeeze setting up for next week...Todays trading 5/29/08 will be very interesting to see.
