Company can mine one of the defense sectors' sweet spots - survielance and reconnisance - that is in demand due to the increasing need for a lean military. Their know-how, innovative abilities, experience, customer knowledge, and hard to develop clearences will provide enough of a moat to assure steady steam of business vs competition and perhaps somewhat better than average margins. Company needs little capital to grow. Likely acquisition target.

This company is in the intelligence business and receives the majority of its income from the Government/military. The current recession or possible future depression will have a minor effect on them. It is much more likely that a very large player will buy them instead.
