STV is first out of the box to handle the money for Chinese pay television providers. They want the money to develop proprietary content which much of which will be electronic gambling. Digital casinos are cash cows that distract citizens from politics. You do the math and forget about sex drugs, rock&roll or Jesus Christ or Tienanmen Square.

a new IPO priced at 16 just last Friday. Yesterday and this morning up close to 20 points it's now almost 50.

Some analysts are comparing it to BIDU or GOOGLE.
