Speculative play for a couple of years but now the management team is in place with new hires. Technology developed and it does work. Even though R&D never quits, they are ready. Next step is now to sign the contracts. One contract can make the company positive on cash flow.

Okay, I'm a chemical engineer and just by reading the business statement I am baffled. How could you possibly upgrade crude oil? maybe that's not the right question....How could you possibly upgrade crude oil to cut enough costs in refining, increase power released when burned, and be more efficent than say a fuel cell.
Internal Combustion Engines have be re-modified and re-designed over the past what 80 years. You cannot gain enough out of crude oil no matter what you put into it. (Unless you can put in a "mircale" serum that reduces the cost of crude oil)
Don't be fooled people. I will crap my pants if this company goes somewhere. I certainly hope the company has something else or there done.

Company seems to be run by someone frequently assoicated with scams/lawsuits. Technology seems uproven, and Chevron pulled out years ago(would they really if the claims they make are true??). Not to mention yahoo finanace shows a HUGE dump of shares from ceo. My guess is all this asia stuff is bs and rats are jumping ship.Also another interesting thing I noticed on yahoo finance 15 full time employees and they're making and delivering some form of manufacturing technology??
