I usually avoid biotech companies like the plague and short them like there is no tomorrow, but this one intrigues me so I'm gonna jump in and test the water.

Any company garnering a positive rating from Dutton Associates should set off all sorts of warning bells to investors.

I do however, like there premise of developing vaccines for the Chinese population. As the Chinese economy continues to grow and the infrastructure developes, China like the United States will begin vaccinating there children to the standards we follow.
