Decent returns but I would like to see the key price ratios a little lower, especially with respect to cash flow which is currently over 20.

"Revenue for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 was $133.5 million, an increase of 44 percent over first quarter of fiscal year 2007 revenue of $92.6 million. Organic revenue growth was 34 percent. Year-over-year revenue growth for the first quarter was primarily due to continued expansion in the demand for passport services for the Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs."

Timeline for New Passport Requirements:

The new passport requirements will be implemented in two phases. The first phase will apply only to air travel. The second phase will increase the scope of the new passport requirements to include land and sea travel:

Phase 1 - JANUARY 23, 2007: Passport requirement applies to all air travel to the U.S. from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. The only air travelers who will be exempted from the new passport requirements are those traveling with a Merchant Mariner's Document or NEXUS Air card.

"Phase 2 - As early as January 1, 2008: All persons -- including U.S. citizens -- traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security."
