This one is a pure dividend play for me. At current prices, good place to park some money at 6.6% dividend yield and yet keep it fairly liquid. On the fence on whether it really outperforms the market or not.

The strong dividend yield should help the stock price hold its head above water in the short term. The dividend appears relatively safe based upon the March 31, 2009 statement of cash flows; however, some major outflows (IRS $650m+ and Pension Obligations) will eventually have to be paid.
