Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE:TAP)

I am new to stocks and learning. But according to the scale this stock will profite very highly. I was looking at all the numbers on the stocks and this is the only stock of many have my eyes open. I'm looking for this stock to be number one on the list. I don't have much to say because I am learning about stocks, however I say this seems to be a good one.

Slowly starting to move upwards towards the end of 2012 and early 2013

- still trades at a P/B of 1, below its ten year average of 1.2
- Price/CashFlow is only 8, versus its ten year average of 11
- unseated Budweiser as the #2 beer in America during 2012
- StarBev acquisition gave the company a dominant presence in Central and Eastern Europe
- 20% jump in international sales for 2012

Not a huge growth story, but doesn't need to do much to justify prices at these low of valuations. 5+ years

Started a RL position in my IRA.

College and Pro Football Bowl Situations in addition to big NBA and college basketball season, should prove well as a strong return on their advertising investment ----the economy being flat means stay at home and more beer drinking ....

Increased consumption of flagship Coors Light will drive TAP higher in the future.

It's barely beer, but it sells.

recently aquired starbev for expansion in eastern europe. primarily north america and uk as base markets. lot of expansion oppurtunitys. with small brewers being bought for prices almost as much as molson coors seem very undervalued. good dividend while you wait.

A discounted brand name.

Looks pretty cheap, like the dividend, and I think they're headed in the right direction, not the wrong one.

Technical buying pressure on an undervalued stock. It will pop soon.

Want citrus flavor and ice tea flavor beer? I would rather have a Lager of a glass of Merlot, however I have strange tastes. New is good.

3% yeild, relatively low debt are also good.

Beer/Dividends. Decent value

I usually think 'large-cap' when looking for stable, dividend paying stocks. To get a little outside the box, I tried screening for mid-cap income stocks with lower than market volatility, good yield, reasonable valuation, 4 or 5-star CAPS ratings and earnings growth over past few years. The screen turned up a total of 15 names, including seven profiled in the article.

Of the seven, I think TAP looks the most interesting. I seem to recall looking at it some time ago and thinking it was expensive. I may not be remembering correctly (always possible), but it's definitely not expensive now. 11-ish times earnings, 3% yield, and right around book value - Molson Coors is worth a little more digging and a CAPS green thumb.

109. Molson Coors Brewing (NYSE: TAP) has been channeling down since earlier this year where it bottomed at $38. I think Molson is cheap. Target: $45-$50. There top line has taken a beating in the last few years but their earnings have increased. I call that excellent management. Perhaps they are using throughput accounting. I'm glad to see Bret Jensen agrees that Coors is cheap, especially considering their ability to grow earnings through tough times. On top of analyst upgrades and insider buys, they've done a good job raising their yield. I'm marking this outperform in CAPS.

Poised to grow again. Maybe not in the short-term, but will do well despite a slow growing or stagnant global economy.
