The Smiths remind me of Dennis Brooks of DHB Industries. Exercise their 25 cent options every month and sell the next day. Month in and month out the same pattern. Although the stun gun is a better product than DHB's body armor, with absolutely no competion, these guys I just don't trust.
I'm sure by now they are getting tired of diluting shareholders and may be feeling a bit guilty. Insider holdings are down to 5% and I get the feeling that the Smith's may be looking to sell out. What the heck, 25 cent options are just too easy and they may be looking for more of a challenge.
Here's to a buyout offer and a thumbs up!

It has sold off considerably in the last few days on no particular news but much more than the market. Down more than 10% intraday at one point, but rebounded. Some good news and it will be right back up.

New products(with cameras) to mitigate current issues will continue to "spark" sales to police departments.

If management keeps it's focus on global growth while inventing new uses and applications, and maintaining the product edge over any competition, there is no reason why Taser will not become a Microsoft-like monopoly.
I believe they have the potential to go there, although the ride could be bumpy

tasr has discounted the bad news, come out with good earnings and it looks like they will be getting more orders. I've changed my mind on Tasr from down to up although it may be treacherous. It's certainly trading at a lofty p/e but right now it's a market darling and I'm going with it.

TASR is the ONLY one in the business. Stinger Systems is so far behind, they don't have a chance.

Tasr though having management issues, i think the big order from overseas will make up for that and this stock will go for a ride.

Overseas orders are showing the way and should get stronger. Military and retail sales will take a while to become profitable but will potentially become the largest part of the company. In the meantime orders for USA police forces while queit for the past two years are begining to move.

Now that the legal problems are mostly over--the remaining lawsuits have little change of hurting the company--all the markets should move ahead. By mid next year the company should be firing on all cylinders.

Getting a foothold in international market.
A good sized French order and another British Order should push the stock back on the up track
Still no competition.

Short term pop. People won't realize how insanely over valued this is for a couple months. But should ride the wave for the next couple weeks and outperform sp500.

I recently removed my thumbs down pitch. Next quarter, Taser will surprise analysts, like before, and beat forcasted earnings. Soon after, this stock will be priced between $5.50 and $6.00 per share.

Lousy management, terrible media coverage, relatively cheap valuation of the business itself.

Niche market of law enforcement with a lot of barriers to entry. Imagine the ability to save lives without endangering the security personnel involved either.

Company is in a steady growth phase and has not started expansion internationally. That calls for unlimited potential.

The management may lack the expertise to go it alone or manage the wall street expectations well. However I think this company may see multifold growth with excellent management and may already be on the radar screen of several other companies as a possible takeover candidate.
