Non lethal systems are better than guns. The lawsuits are ridicuolous... if someone dies being hit with a taser, wouldn't they die being hit with a bullet?

Society is demanding increasing means of decreasing violence/lethality and this is exactly where Taser is making a business. The demand will continue for years to come and Taser has not begun to saturate the law enforcement market or even to tap the personal safety market. Many good things and lots of profits to come, with or without litigation.

beaten down for a while...but its not going anywhere. It is an effective option that will continuously be improved upon and updated. PD's across the country still need to be converted

Innovation (New products), improving public image,(winning lawsuits), potential accelerating revenue/profit growth and strong leadership within sector will enable Taser to scale to new heights in 2007/08.

Taser will continue to rise over the comng years but until legal isses are sorted out it could be a rocky ride. Coming off 2 Quarters of meeting analysts EPS estimates, Taser will continue grow and gain populatiry worldwide as people and countries realize tasers benefits outweighs its negatives. With good cash and cash equivilants and the wind of legal victories at its back Taser should prosper in years ahead.

Taser won the lawsuits. People are starting to see you have little chance of surviving when cops shoot you with five bullets, while your odds are far better when shot with a Taser.
The stigma will fade, while management can focus on business instead of lawsuits. Soon we'll see international sales (France alone has 300,000 plus officers) will bring Taser to the next level.

TASR is marketing its product as a "Sub-Lethal" device, taking it out of the Smith & Wesson category. TASR lawyers have so far successfully defended the Company against 36 product liability Lawsuits. It would have made money this year had it not been for an ugly stockholder's lawsuit. I'm in TASR for the long Term .

Their overall market is small and non-growing (Police departments are not going to grow 20% per year), their earnings yield is low (assuming P/E is acurate), and cash flow is lousy and inconsistent. Better to put the money elsewhere, NFLX, etc.

TASER SAVES LIVES EVERYDAY
The Truth will set you free and make you money. Tasers save lives but more importantly Tasers saves money in workman's comp costs for LEO's. Tasers saves money in lawsuits when perps don't die.
The Lib's will come around eventually and see that more are living than dieing. Taser Cams will give all the accountability that everyone wants.
But the very best part is all of the wonderful video that will be recorded by Taser Cams.
Priceless!

Global demand is on the rise. The wars are not ending and there will always be a demand for self defence products. Taser has cornered the product name. Say taser to anyone (just about) and they know what you mean. As in all good things it just takes time. As far as company management it is mediocre at best. It could do alot better in marketing and R
