After reading his article and looking over this bank myself, I'm happy enough with it to give it the green thumb. Not crazy about the low tangible common equity and I believe Tom Brown may be overly bullish on this (then again, I tend to veer towards conservatism when it comes to analysis), but it still looks like it could potentially be worth $25+ to me.
