Although Techdata is only a 3 in CAPS, it has a 9 Stockscouter rating, which tends to imply significant outperformance over the next six months. The company sells information technology and logistics management worldwide. The company's longterm return on equity is a dismal 4%, but downside risk seems limited due to the company's conservatively financed balance sheet and the fact that the company is priced at 1.04 times book value.
