Offshore oil and nat gas rights and they're making money big enough to pay a 13% dividend!!!!! Should be over 1.10 per share around March 21st.

Trust one must be wary of. They are required to pay out the majority of thier earnings thus have no cash for a rainy day.

I do not like trust for this reason and the tempatation of ,managers to take large fees.

With their major platform destroyed - and costs associated with capping it or rebuilding it, most likely far in excess of its production for the forseeable future - why would anyone own this - even at 4 dollars.
