The screeners say "no" but this publisher has a track record of devoping winning titles across platforms and creating successful strategic alliances. It's capitalization is not yet at the levels of major players Activision and EA, but it will get there. Yup, PEG is 1.37, but it's 2.11 for Activisi...More

Saints row 2 will sell very well, and future projects are likely to as well. Even if mom and dad are having toruble paying ofr the groceries, they always find room to give the kids the videogames on christmas and birthdays.

This company's survival is completely dependent on Red Faction 2 and Saint's Row two. Saints Row 1 made money in a market where the GTA inspired genre was still a novel idea, red faction 1 critically acclaimed, but was released several years ago also centered around novel idea of destructable terrain. Another generation of gamers have started playing since then, never heard of Red Faction 1, and Red Faction 2 is going to be in direct competition with higher budget shooters, also with destructable terrain. Looking forward to the game myself, but would not invest in this stock.

Not great games really, but good sellers. Saints Row 2 will definitely make some bank, among others. Lower price makes it appealing to buyers looking to pick up something in the videogame sector. Short to Mid term buy, probably become slightly stagnant after Christmas, and I would assume potential acquisition target in the coming years.

Given the recent economy downfall, one area that seems unaffected is video game software.

TMF says a PE of 411, yahoo says 269, butnone the less, does anyone really wanna buy a stock that has a PE of over 80? They didn't find the cure for cancer...

I wanna buy a company valued at 1.3 Billion, that earned 68 Million last year. 32 Million the year before. this one is dead.
