Market saturation by this huge monopoly will severely limit its growth potential. Number portability will see a steep reduction in the number of lines. If given triple play capability might not be able to displace incumbent cable providers. After spin-off of America Movil (AMX) its position has faltered in the Mexican marketplace and expansion into new markets will be difficult due to new players in the wireless end of the market.
