Another pick courtesy of asensio.com.

Plenty of danger signs: negative operating cash flow, negative earings, positive cash flow from financing activies, decreasing reserves (and not from lack of trying) and unseemly option grants to insiders. Lots of press releases though.

TIV is backed by investors who simply will not give up. TIV investors have been with TIV for many years, and TIV has found oil and gas in large amounts.

Oil and gas discovered and oil rigs and money to fund the continued drilling.

More oil on the way.

Tiv currently is putting a number of new and reworked wells on line using new technology.

The Pleasant Valley project has two producing zones, The Vaca Tar Sands and the Sespe formation. The Vaca is shallow and is very thick, 500 ft in some sections, and needs steaming. The Sespe produces 35 API at 8500 ft but needs no steaming.

This lease has hundreds of millions of recoverable barrels on it.

The Moffatt Ranch isa gas property and the yjust recently completed a deep gas well that will produce several million cu feet of gas per day wit hplans to drill more wells into the formation.

The Temblor property is part of the billiion plus South Belridge oil Field .A number of old wells are producing 2600 - 2800 barrels per day. 5 new wells have been drilled and are currently awaiting steming. They are expected to flow @100 barrels per day per well.

TIV is also doing a waterflood program on that property. Results are being awaited.

They have announced expectations of 1000 bod by theis spring and 2000 bod by year end.

In addition there is a large short position that they have been unable to cover without spiking the price.

Looks ver ygood for TIV.

Oil and gas discovery in progress, with first new 288 barrel per day oil well on 13 December, followed by a 1,000 Mcf natural gas well on January 10. Eight new wells are now being steamed and natural gas wells will start going on line within days. Not only that, there are 2.5 million shares short, of 24 million shares outstanding. On top of this, the stock is clearly under accumulation.
