Okay ... so I tried a swing short on some of the homies that had popped up a few weeks ago. Most of them worked out for minor gains and a few lost. This stock has been beaten down but has bounced back from it's 52 week low. I look for a continued uptick over the next several years because the housing market has hit bottom and will slowly turn around.

housing sector has to work its way out before things get good....massive foreclosures coming...bottom has not been reached and may be retested before we see a true bottom.
