Going bullish. Their debt is pretty high, but I like the intrinsic valuation stats.

Can someone please explain to me why a solid profitable company with zero debt, and that stands to PROFIT even more from this crazy market volatility, is selling for less than the cash they have in the bank? If they shut the doors today, went home, and just distributed their free cash to shareholders, you'd make $9/share profit at the current ~$6/share price.
This is crazy. It won't last. Tradestation is going to be bought out at twice the current price.

Company should be trading at a much higher multiple and has historically. Very good entry point.

The stock is trading a the lowest point since April of 05 , yet it has earned around 25% more per year since 05. Stock is way undervalued.

Low current valuation, but poor market to be in now. Good beyond 6months

This online brokerage is geared towards high volume traders. With the recent market volatility this is the brokerage to own since their clients are trading much more on this volatility.
Recently they reported record revenue, record NI, and record EPS. This will continue both due to the volatility in the market and their expansion internationally and into FOREX.
Giving it a 17 multiple for its 20+% growth and using the 08 estimates of $0.89 we get a price of:
17 x $.089 = $15.13
This is my low estimate because they also have 0 debt and about 100 million in cash.

Great Platform and fair pricing. A winner of a stock.

Good fundamentals. Brokerage industry will continue to consolidate. TRAD broke out of a cup and handle pattern recently and should continue to trade up.

the back room operations are a joke, constantly screwing up right and left. Saying one thing doing another. 5 days to transfer funds from a moneymarket account (which cleared years ago in their possesion) into a trading account. Hello what is wrong with this picture? They are idiots period.
