Recs
taking a flyer due to very low p/e for Russia, Poland, and Czech markets
Recs
Huge premium to NAV in a cooling Russia climate.

Paying $16.50 for what's only worth $11.10 is crazy. Why don't you just buy the underlying stocks instead? Secondly, I don't like its high exposure to the oil and mining sectors in times like these.
Recs
trading at greater than a 30% premium to net asset value

strong potential.

Oil is high. Taxes are low. Perfect combination for growth over the short term...

Recs

Recs

Recs
Russia has huge trade and current accounts surpluses, which powers its economy. An average manager should be able to outperform mature markets.
Recs
This one's an admitted risk: Russian ETF. I question the business environment as a whole but cannot deny that improvements either have been made, or are coming because the Russians want to participate in the global economy. Time will tell whether or not they can pull it off.
Recs
Emerging markets plus valuable commodities. Very few ETF like this one - so when Russia/East Europe looks doing well, everyone buys this one.
