This is a play on wind tower construction and the energy efficiency of trains (railcars) over 18-wheeler trucks.

New Federal Motor Carrier Regulations in the trucking industry combined with rising fuel prices and instability in the middle east, spells a prosperous year for all of the rail companies...."ALL ABOARD!!"

Trinity has good growth in infrastructure and will expand as the US resumes it's expansion. I like the barge group and wouldn't be surprised that someone will acquire the company.

This is the leading manufacturer of rail cars. The railroad industry is going to explode in the next five to ten years. It also manufactures structural towers for wind turbine generators and other infrastructure-related products. Current valuation is excellent, and it pays a very healthy, very sustainable dividend.

Rail car leasing and wind power in the same package? Sign me up for the recovery with Trinity. This year we're going to be moving by rail in a big way and pushing for clean energy.

A thorough evaluation of the company suggests that mining and raw materials will recover over the next half decade to a decade. Additionally, we must also look at their fundamentals and realize that we have a cash base of over 12% and and a chart that suggests an upward and consistently strengthening trend.

Bottomed out, and seems to be making a recovery. I would be long on this stock, but wouldn't purchase in the short term. Reason being that the volatility of this stock is amplified when there is an economic downturn. There is increasing downward pressure on the market right now, and I would wait for a pull-back before initiating a position.

Otherwise, I agree with all the other posters. It's poised to pop, due to its strong position in Wind, and Highway construction. What I would really like to see is a shuffling of management, and drastic reorganization of this business structure. I think they should sell off their rail car division and focus more on Barges, Freeway Construction, and Green Energy.

I plan on purchasing this stock when it is in the 12-14$ range with a 15-20% stop-loss , and a sell point of 25-30.

This company has thier hands in a little of everything that should begin an upswing by the end of the year. If wind power eventually takes off this will definitely boost this company's bottom line.
