TS - Tenaris SA is a global company making steel tubing primarily for the oil business. It provides key components for an industry that continues to expand no matter the basic price of fuel. My one caveat--it has had a phenomenal rise this year--over a 106%, but I believe because of its increasing position in the U.S. market that it will continue to grow.
