Down 50% from recent highs, PE less than six, 5 star Fool rating. . . I'm going to read on but my recommendation is going in right now.

TSU is undervalued and should be at least 24 vs 18, segment is booming in Brazil and government new regulations to allow payments hrough mobile will boost stock towars it's target.

Combining mobile with residential broadband service all into one bill/package sounds like a good plan especially if there's a discount Sounds like a good way to get people to spend more and increase there monthly revenue

TSU has a rather low PEG value of about 0.12 per FinViz . com.

Pure play on Wireless in Brazil. Dividend is good. Mostly a play on the growth story in Brazil and the shift to wireless from wire line communications.

With all the phenomenoel developments in Brazil over recent years, supporting tools (such as telcomm) should see significant growth, especially sinceso much of what is happening there (fuels/metals) requires mobility of the people involved. To steal a phrase from another fool (I cant remember who, sorry) brazil is China without opressive givernment and Tibet. This play to me is the equivalent of investing in Levis and mining picks at the start of the California Gold Rush.
