Tree Top Industries, Inc. (TTI) is a development-stage company. The Company owns 100% of NetThruster, Inc. (NetThruster). NetThruster was formed to be a provider of high-performance content delivery network (CDN) services. As of December 31, 2008, NetThruster was designing its delivery solution to handle the requirements of delivering media content over the Internet. In April 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Bio Energy Applied Technologies, Inc. As of December 31, 2008, NetThruster was in the process of designing NetThruster.com as a CDN for the distribution of video, music, games and downloads through the Internet. NetThruster focuses on developing scalable system for distributing high-bandwidth media delivery to large audiences. NetThruster content delivery is designed to provide for the distribution and delivery of all digital media formats, including video, music, graphics, and software directly to the end-user’s Internet protocol-connected computer or device.
