I'm down 40% in the year I've held this stock. The most recent quarter was very disappointing, EPS missing consensus estimates by 33% (OK, so they missed the tea-leaf reading...) but all down 55% YOY - ouch!
More worrisome is the 500+ basis point erosion in gross margin and 600 basis point erosion in profit margin.
Stock rated strongly by seemingly way too many CAPS members, but perhaps they know something I don't know (wouldn't be the first time). Holding but not terribly confident to this, my worst performer in my portfolio. Want to see SOME positive signs out of this doggie...

Great company, bound to the fate of Apple. The biggest drawback is the lack of ability to adjust prices based on market demand.
Recs
All I see is article after article on fool about how great this company is and how we should expect the price of this stock to double...yet the price continues to slip lower and lower. In the last two years this stock has under preformed the S&P.

Very inexpensive price at this point. Smart phones are just starting.

Important to many electronic devices and poised for growth, undervalued

It will go back up, just won't buy in now.

It's taken quite the fall of late. Good solid company while it may be in a commidized business they are more of a niche than people realize. Long term outperform from here.

Undervalued at price

I love electronic gadgets and now they're finally becoming useful.

Cheap valuation.
Excellent - though misunderstood - competitive position. Capable of supplying R&D, product design, quick turnaround, or higher volume production.
Exposure to Apple's iPads and plenty of other high growth areas like smartphones and high-tech networking.
Solid management/founder.

The recent sell-off is unwarranted and the sub $15 price is a great deal. The market has punished TTMI for missing targets last quarter, but management's conference call was very optimistic. The domestic market is weakening, but Asian production is ramping up, esp. with Apple. There is concern with increasing labor costs in Asia, but those seem to be a minor blip in an otherwise rosy future.
Recs
Too cheap currently. I don't think their business moat is particularly enduring but TTMI has good management and a history of profitability. I will have a quick trigger to sell if it rises to $25-$30.
Recs
A positively Lynchian pick, etching printed circuits and routing them. Dirty work but somebody has to do it. (Ever been in a plating shop? Right up there with glue factory and mortician.) Actually these folks are the very high end of high density multilayer boards, but the basics are the same - acids and dust made from phenolics and glass fiber.
