With UBS current leverage about 70 to 1, they are going to have a difficult time when upcoming loans go bad.

UBS is digging itself out of the hole the previous management has put them in. In a year or two, they will be back to large profits once again. It is still one of the largest banks world wide. The risk profile has been drastically reduced and the new managemnt team under Oswald Gruebel is working hard to put the tax evasion story behind them.

Investment banks are aggresive in general, UBS was beaten badly in a bad market, should swing high in a bull market.

Financial stocks carry a P/E ratio of 22.4, and the so-called "recovery" has been especially strong in bank stocks. Therefore, I’m concentrating my shorting interest in the banking sector.
