If you want to find more oil, you have to drill. Chaching!

Energy resource provider with its initial expenses and site costs paid will be very secure and perform to meet deadlines and bonus criteriae.

I believe there is a silver lining to the earnings report (which was a whiff).

I am trying out a short term prediction program I wrote. Lets see how this works. Expected return is 1% to 5%.

Small-cap drilling company with great efficiency ratios (for example, great revenue/employee vs. the industry). Also a strong financial position for their size. Also some relatively recent (August '07) insider buys at ~$13.

Small-cap driller.
I like the drillers that look for Nat. Gas. I think Natural Gas will become more in use as oil supplies decrease.

natural gas...has got to come have a breakout soon.

Strong steady growth

A small cap value featuring a 1.10 PEG. This sector is way under valued. The price of natural gas will be going up, and so will the share price!

A Value Proposition

I think that the Appalachian Basin has a lot more oil in it then previously realized - it is tough to get out relative to other areas, but, with the barrel price as high as it is, these are becoming economical.

UDRL is a small cap land driller has a defensible niche in several "unconventional" basins. The company focuses on the Appalachian, Barnett and Fayetteville basins all of which are under-drilled markets because they are very difficult to reach areas. However, with natural gas prices above $5, it's still very profitable to drill for gas in these areas.
The company is trading at a discount to the group at 7x earnings and 2x EBITDA.
There's a large private equity firm involved and any selling pressure from them should be used as an opportunity to buy.
Recs
This company has been continually adding rigs which they will begin to implement in the Barnett Shale region under Fort Worth, Texas which will continue to see significant drilling programs in place for the unforeseeable future.
