1. They pay dividend more than they can earn (by looking at yahoo finance earning statement)

2. Interest will be higher in the coming years

this small landlord specializes in medical services buildings. they seem to have picked their locations well, and obamacare should help keep them occupied.

UHT has not only weathered the storm while others failed, it has grown! Dividends. Dividends. Dividends. They increase annually.

This is a REIT that has done its homework. Stable investments in healthcare properties. Low debt> Good return.

I think that the health care and human services industry will expand considerably in the next 5 to10 years as the population ages, Obama's plans notwithstanding! This company seems to be well positioned to profit from this expansion and they are constantly adding to their inventory of health care facilities

I'm saying outperform but it really depends on what Obama's Healthcare bill does. If that passes it could really hurt this one in a big way

Long term I think that this company's stock appreciation will at least match the market. But with the 6+% divendend on top, this could be a crusher, especially at the current price levels. Health and hospital care is a growing industry and I think the landlords in this industry will continue to do well.
