most permits are completed,mining will begin this yr 2011,the price of uranium could continue higher since ,i believe world demand will be strong.

They are obtaining permits to mine uranium. They will get them. They will then produce uranium, in a scenario of rising value for their product. They are sufficiently financed. Looks like a done deal to me.

Canadian uranium mining company that was just listed on the AMEX on 7/22/08.

In the United States, the Company has acquired near-term production uranium properties in Wyoming, a State which has produced well in excess of 200 million pounds of uranium. Presently in Wyoming there are two mining operations and in-situ leach plants in production which are operated by two of the largest uranium producers in the world.
