I work for a government agency in the Engineering/Construction business and money is drying up due to rising prices for fuel, materials, and property. This translates to fewer projects and less work. Plus, URS has a crapload of debt the last time I… More

Best engineering and environmental firm, with the new Obama budget, it's posed to have a big share in infrastructure investment. Obama's plan for nuclear investment coupled with the acquisition of the Washington Group, a big player in nuclear energy, should bode well. Also, being domestic heavy with the slowdown in China, it should be ahead of its rivals.

P/E is well below industry-13.2 vs 15.5....same with P/B 1.0 vs 1.7. P/s just slightly below 0.4 vs 0.5.

Last Q earnings surprise and backlog and book of business is up. Paid down debt. Raised guidance.

Will benefit from stimulus in 2010.
