Check the numbers, this local bank is under the radar and under valued. Trading $3 below book value and is yielding over 6%. That dividend is very safe too with incoming cash flow at 4 times the dividend payout amount. Historically, Univest traded at 1.1 times book value which puts a value of about $18 per share on the stock. Buy this one for the safe dividend and watch the price per share rise as an added benefit!
