on My Watchlist
little chance of being profitable
Morning conversation between me and my son. He will be turning three on Saturday.Me: "Truman, guess how old you will be in two days?"My son: "I pooped on the big boy potty!"Awesome
Banked 34 Points on a nine day call, while looking for a lower low, lower high cycle. Trending back up after the $1.20 bottom in a "walk the dog" fashion. Could go up to $1.80 or so, but didn't feel like watching it that closely for it to roll over. When volume is low, "investors/owners" can cycle briefly pulling in a few day traders and speculators and resetting the downward drift for a short time. Eventually, enough shares will be around that everyone will want beer money at the same time and stops will tumble further down.===============Previous pitch.Fresh Healthy Vending International has been declining slowly toward "fair market" of less than $0.50, but volume is declining and it could base and pop again. I booked my 57 points from $3.08 to $1.61 and evaluated.IT appears that it is more likely to go down than up from here as "reality' of valuation is starting to offset the press releases citing 100 new customers....a few more vending machines in a school may generate some revenue for their "franchise" holders, but little would go to VEND, who is simply reselling/leasing vending machines that they are purchasing, not designing, building, and with no proprietary technology.I commented on my last pitch that they appear to be making a run of things, unlike some of the companies that get flagged here on CAPS. The problem is that even a good idea needs to grow, not reach a market cap of over $50, (was $180M) with no investment/assets.============I suggest when you see something that is too good to be true that you read the SEC filings. It's a shame these get the attention and trade for as long as they do, but this will be sub $0.20 in a year, depending on how much effort the Press Department puts out. Some good ideas do not make instantly tradable companies, when they should be a Mom/Pop at a minimum, not Millions of instant shares and bloated market cap. Buying a ticker results in skirting analysis and proving themselves.Hiding under the jobs act is a new one....giving themselves permission to not have full filings and audit support.http://biz.yahoo.com/e/140214/vend10-q.html
ANOTHER ROUND PLEASE!
I hate organic foods.
95-100m market cap, negative bv
pump and dump enemy #1
Its just a great product i.e. healthy vending machines. Who else does that? Healthy snacks and drinks , its about time America has a choice between M & Ms or something that is actually good for you !!!!
healthy for is in. Junk is out .
Bought it back in December 2013 for $2.12. Added more to my position today at $4.18. Going to hold for a while as this franchisor grows.
Sadly, no shares available of this OTC to short.
All you need to know: "We are a public company listed under the symbol ?VEND? (until September 18, 2013 we traded under the symbol ?GEEM?). We were incorporated in the State of Nevada on June 8, 2011 as Green 4 Media, Inc. Prior to July 19, 2013, we were an co-marketing and advertising company (?GEEM Business?). On July 22, 2013, we entered into the Indemnity Agreement and in connection with that agreement we transferred the GEEM Business to our former Chief Executive Officer. Effective August 8, 2013, we changed the name of our Company from Green 4 Media, Inc. to Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. On September 18, 2013, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (?FINRA?) advised our Company that it had received the necessary documentation to announce our name/symbol change to Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. This corporate action took effect at the open of business on September 19, 2013."They then bought out another tiny company in California and have since had very little revenues or remaining cash. No way this is worth it's current $51MM market cap.
