My son has it for his business and I hate to admit it but I'm impressed. If I were AT&T, I'd buy some ;)

1. I feel that's it a matter of time before the Verizons and AT&T's of the world hone in on this space---Vonage won't have the $ to keep up. 2. When this company does eventually go belly up, I won't have to watch those annoying commercials anymore. That song drives me crazy.

Everyone is going to switch to VOIP now.

Speculating on litigation.

This is a patent law question. While I am not a patent attorney, I think that we should all agree that a victory in court will be very positive for VG stock in the short term (hearing in June). A recent Supreme Court decision seems to favor VG. Don't be "foolish" enough to be frightened by the simple threat of litigation. Vonage could be in a very strong legal position which will make the stock soar shortly. I doubt any of the analysts badmouthing this stock have any clue about the strength of either legal position; if you can't address the legal aspects then, please, butt out.

Money losing business model. Few signs point to sustained viability of this company. I am a VG subscriber, but certainly not an investor.

undervalued stock

no original idea. lawsuits and no working wraparound equal trouble.

The injunction will likely not save this company. However, if it dies survive, it will likely have to pay heavy licensing fees.

if it's found to be infringing on the patents, quite simply, +100 points

Too much 1-day pop over news that will not really change performance & its fundamental issues. Down from $4 is a no-braner.

no where to go but up...

Goodbye Vonage - clever commercials, but you were never able to generate a profit. Unless someone buys what is left we will likely be saying, "It was not so nice owning ya." soon.

Vonage has nowhere to go but down. Rumors of a Verizon buyout might cause increase in price at the end of the month, but even Verizon will realize that this is a dead horse.

Let's recap. A debacle of an IPO. Angry investors asking for their money back. Patent infringement suits lost. Throwing money at advertising will not save a sinking ship.

Vonage will be in bankruptcy within a year.

No customers makes it pretty difficult to perform. Toast.

Nothing good to offer at all.
