They aren't gonna make it out of the ipo hole. Poor offering.. should've been priced in around $0.60/share instead of $6

VHC has a too high valuation compared to its sales potential: its current sales are quasi nil. So it is loss making.

Only significant income over the past 3 years was from issuing stock. Other than that, company incoem has trended sharply downward. Unless they can pull off a golden patent, they're headed for bankruptcy.
