Russians need to talk to each other too. These's a lot of them, they're getting richer and infrastructure is improving. Owning a mobile phone is second on the wish list only to owning a gun. A bit like Texans.

Russian cell phone giant. Second to MBT. And expanding into southeast Asia. Cell phones are the future.

The way Eastern Europeans talk on their cellphones, VIP should out perform SP500 with even marginal success.

Russia has a low base to grow from....Moves up will be more dramatic and lasting than in the US or UK, where we are witnessing the Fall of the Anglo American Empire..... BRIC still applies and their economic growth in the years ahead with accelerate..

Highly undervalued.

This has become a steal at this price.

Rubel devaluation will lead to much higher inflation in Russia.

In real terms the value of the company is a steal.
