Inept management, especially in executing and utilizing the intellectual property that I feel is already overstated.
Not a good pick for this market, or in any market condition, in my opinoin. There are quite a few other small cap stocks in the $5-$8 range that have good fundamentals and proof of great growth potential. (such as CRNT).

Market grossly undervalues their future royalty stream potential. Company needs to get back on track operationally, but their products are best-in-class and they have a strong team.
